Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: October 2024

These terms and conditions apply to all design services provided by Dreambus to its clients.

Scope of Work: Dreambus will provide the client with design services as specified in the project agreement. The client is responsible for providing all necessary materials and information to Dreambus.
Payment: The client agrees to pay Dreambus the full amount of the project fee as outlined in the project agreement. The remaining payment is expected after the final draft is accepted and in case of a website before the website is made live.
Revisions: Dreambus provides two revisions included in the pricing. Additional revisions will incur a 10% charge.
Timeline and Delays: Dreambus will use reasonable efforts to meet any agreed-upon project timeline. However, delays caused by the client, including but not limited to failure to provide necessary materials or information in a timely manner, will result in a corresponding delay in project completion. If the delay caused by the client exceeds one month, the client will be required to clear dues for all effort done till the date before restarting the project.
Termination: The client may terminate the project at any time but will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the time of termination.
Ownership: Upon completion of the project and full payment, ownership of the final design will be transferred to the client.
Confidentiality: Dreambus will not disclose any confidential information provided by the client without prior consent.
Liability: Dreambus is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the final design, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or other consequential damages.
Copyright: Dreambus retains the right to display the final design in their portfolio and marketing materials.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising under these terms and conditions shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of India.

Recurring Services
For recurring services such as social media management, website management, content management, etc., the following additional terms and conditions apply:

Minimum Commitment: The Client agrees to a minimum commitment of three (3) months for any recurring service. This commitment is non-cancellable during the initial three-month period.
Payment: For recurring services, the client agrees to make payment for the initial commitment period of three (3) months in two installments as follows:
Initial Payment: The client shall make an initial payment of 50% of the commitment period before the commencement of the recurring services.
Second Payment: The client shall make a second payment of 50% by the end of the second month of the initial commitment period.
Subsequent Payments:
Payment Period: Payments are to be made between the 1st and 15th of each month.
Work Period: The work associated with this invoice covers the period from the 15th of the current month to the 15th of the following month.
Late Payments: In the event of a late payment, Dreambus reserves the right to charge a late fee of 5% for every 15 days of delay in payment until the outstanding amount is paid in full.
Termination: i. After the initial three-month commitment period, either party may terminate the recurring services by providing a written notice of termination at least 30 days prior to the desired termination date.
ii. In the event of early termination before the completion of the minimum commitment period, the Client will be responsible for payment of the remaining dues for the entire commitment period.

By engaging Dreambus for design services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
